Carphonewarehouse and 950 xl

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has had a delivery or been able to pick up either of the 950's in cpw as im still waiting to be told no date for when they are now coming?

I got my 950xl delivered on Sunday from CPW. Was pre ordered though. Also managed to get Lumia offers app for continium dock on the Sunday. The dock was delivered yesterday.

I pre ordered a 950 XL on the 3rd December with mobile.co.uk, which is part of CPW and received yesterday

Ok they after lunchtime saying they don't know when I've just had a phone call to say it's in grrrrrr

i was told 8th Decomber for my 2 950Xls..no email, no contact to say in shop..

Go into local one and there are there in the back of the store waiting for me !

Result.

But no contact still from them !!

Take care with Carphone Warehouse customer services. I cancelled my order because they lied about having it in stock for next day delivery. Cancellation 'went through', but they still charged by card and didn't refund the ?470 because I "didn't ask for a refund"...so they had ?470 sat on my 'account' just waiting with no order. I ask for a refund and initial response is that it will take 7-14 days, when I queried that they went away and came back with 3-5 working days....
Just a shady company.
