Carrier billing?

I have a WP7 device on order so I haven't played with one extensively yet, but I have a question regarding paid apps. Does WP7 support carrier billing (ie. are paid apps charged to your phone bill), or do you have to supply a credit card number to buy apps?

I have AT&T, if it makes any difference.

Yes, AT&T does have carrier billing for Marketplace apps. I have it turned off (problem with a monthly service that kept reappearing a couple years ago), but each time I hard reset the first app I try to purchase always defaults to AT&T and I have change to CC.
