Carrier IQ on Windows Phones?

Does anyone know if Carrier IQ is on any Windows 8 Phones? I know that T-Mobile still puts it on their android phones

Yeah, and on Android you have to root in order to remove the files! AT least the a$$h**** should tell us that it's on there.

Whoa, blast from the past. Haha. I totally forgot about CarrierIQ.

it's back - in the past few days I've seen posts regarding several android phones including the HTC One M8, Samsung Galaxy line, etc. At least with android you can root and remove or freeze the apps from reporting home! For me this is a show stopper - can't get any Windows Phone unless MS can provide some clues as to whether they'll block it (just like Apple did a few years ago).
Any thought on how we can get the real scoop regarding whether CIQ is on any Windows Phone?

I would try XDA forums, for sure. Lots of hackers/tweakers there.
