Cell c- south africa- correct configuration settings windows 8

Since day 1 I've been kinda struggling with configuration settings for my Nokia Lumia 520 on Cell c network. Internet works but at times it really takes forever loading pages.. Please if anybody could help me

Yes I did.. Was told to create new apn.. Cell C internet and leave rest blank.. Go to my internet explorer type http://cellc.mobi and add as favorite it works but at times loads apps and pages forever

After installing Lumia black I noticed a new apn not too sure also whether I should activate that one instead witch has proxy address added
