cellular data connection

Another wish. I hope there's "3G only" option on cellular data. It's very important in some countries

There should be an option under Settings -> Cellular/SIM -> Highest connection speed to choose 3G or others. I have it on my 1520

I used to have it on my 920 but after the latest update to fix the Crashing issues I did a hard reset and for some reason this option is no longer availsble

I have got the Build 10536 of Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview, I cannot find the 'Highest Connection Speed' option. The connection is automatically being set.
