Cellular data toggle in notification

I'm unable to find the toggle for cellular data in settings. I'm currently on OS 8.10.14167.221

You need an OS update to get this feature. So you have to wait for the update of your Denim.

Are you on developer preview? If, so, check for updates and install them. If not, you should wait for denim to release for your phone.

Which Lumia are you using? You need 8.10.14219 for mobile data toggle. To, force install , enroll in preview for developers. Read terms and conditions. Or just wait for an official release.
