Alright i know this question has been asked alot but i heard from someone that Microsoft has lifted up the cellular data limit that earlier didn't allow users to update their devices using cellular data. I mean there is an option in data sense, if you choose unlimited setting it pops up a message stating that cellular data has been selected as default setting for downloading. So i just wanna make sure if this rumor is true and if I'll be able to update my device to the new lumia black update through cellular data when it is released, because finding a wifi hotspot is really annoying each time i need to update my device.

There's a rumour (at least I think it's not been implemented) that the download limit over cellular is going to be increased from 20-100mb. Smaller updates will be fine to download but bigger incremental updates are going to be much larger than 100mb, so you'll have to download them from Wi-Fi locations unfortunately
