Cellular & SIM empty on Windows 10 Mobile

Hello everyone.

As you can see the title, I updated my Lumia 625 through Windows Insider's program since it is not supported for the Official Windows 10 Mobile update. It is currently on build 10586.164 and I am frustrated with the Cellular data cannot be turned on.

When I checked the Cellular & SIM setting, it was empty and all I could found is learn more.

I have done a hard reset on my phone and it's still empty. And then I turned my device off and plug it to a charger and once again, the Cellular & SIM was still empty.

Please help, if anyone have the same problem and you've already solve it, please let me know.

i suggest you to roll back to 8.1 using windows device recovery tool
