Certain Apps Won't Install Even After 3 Hard Resets

I can't get Tweetium or Facebook to download even after 3 hard resets facebook downloaded on the second hard reset but now it won't install after the 3rd hard reset and Tweetium is the original problem that made me hard reset initially and still will not install. Is there a work around or something for this?

I've tried this and soft resetting along with 3 hard resets nothing is working

I would like to know the answer too. I tried installing Clocktile+ and just stays at "pending". I'm guessing its an issue on MS end.

Been a issue for at least 2 weeks I hit frustrated and tried hard resetting and still can't download them

I am having the same issue with the update of Chronos Calendar+ app. I regularly check for updates, last time I did that, the system has found about 15 updates, 14 of them went ok, but the last one (new version of Chronos app) couldn't update at all. It took 3 days to successfully update the app. And it happend already twice and the only issued app was Chronos Calendar+.

After changing the region to have Cortana in Spanish, I have the same problem whit "Tone Creator" it doesn't want to be installed, but it doesn't mark as an error, just say that I have to check for updates :/ I just don't understand.
