Chance to visit Microsoft only for Windows 10 PC insiders?

SO,Microsoft selects 10 people to visit Microsoft.Is this only for PC insider's?OR Is it there for Phone insiders too?

Insider program says you need to go to Hub to participate for it....means PC...

There are no separate programs for phone and PC, same thing..
