Changing custom Snes8x tiles?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this question.

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could put a custom image in the game shortcut tiles created in Snes8x for the roms on Windows Phone 8? I don't mean the snapshot you can create in the snes8x app itself, but rather my own custom image. I want my Final Fantasy VI tile to look better then it is.

I've tried several different apps from the app store, but none can do what I'm looking for.

There are apps like this: Skinery Tiles | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United Kingdom) that will generate new tiles that link to certain functions ... so you might be able to make a new tile to link to the game you want. If that doesn't work I think it could be an issue you can't fix at the moment or it would mean contacting the dev.
