Changing Microsoft Accounts

I need to swap my Microsoft account on my phone. I'm fine with a reset but the issue is all backup is in the cloud and based on the account I am moving away from. Is there no way to do an offline backup so I can restore my data on the new account?

There's no way to do it quickly but you can export your contacts in outlook.com and then import them to your new account. As for pictures, they should all be on your skydrive so if you install the Skydrive program on your PC and download everything, you should be able to copy it all across from skydrive to PC and then once you've logged into your new account, PC to Skydrive. Apps & games are not transferable.

Mails, Contacts and Calendar is taken care off. It would nice though if I could backup/restore my SMS, WhatsApp data
