Changing miles to kilometres in Windows 8.1 maps?

It's set in the here maps options. Click on the ellipses (three dots) to bring up options

Click down on the left corner of the phone on the three dots ... Then click setting. Scro down jus before clear history is the option for changing

Option is NOT under settings... anything else to be done/updated?

Go to settings>language and set to English (usa)... Restart the phone...
