Changing territory

I've set up a Nokia Lumina 710 for my mum - she lives in China so i set the territory for there.

I wan't to install Skype but when i download it it says the application is not available in that territory.

I can't seem to change the territory back to the UK - whatever I do it stays as China.

Is there a way of changing the territory without completely starting from scratch

Taking a wild guess at this, but try Settings > Region + Language > Region Format.
