Changing the resolution of Windows 10 Mobile

I was wondering if anyone ever tried to change the rendering resolution of W10M/if that is possible to change in any way? I was getting a bit disappointing battery life lately from my Lumia 950 so I am looking at all the possible ways to reduce the battery drain.

Maybe you can do it via a registry tweak but I don't know if it's possible and it would be a last resort anyway. Assuming you've done the normal things, i.e., reduce brightness, set shorter time for screen timeout, use dark theme, turn off apps in the background, sync email less frequently, etc., maybe buy a new battery?

Thanks for your suggestion, but I bought this battery two months ago, so I hope nothing is wrong with it physically.

Are you getting random reboots? If yes, then it could be a bad battery. If not, a hard reset may be worth it if you've done all the other battery saver things.

I have recently performed a hard reset, however, I do get random reboots occasionally.
