Windows Central Question

I am using the new Samsung Galaxy Book and the keyboard is run through USB composite. However, the settings to switch it from a D0 state (active) to a D2 state (power save) is too fast - like 60 secs. I would like extend that state to say 10 mins or turn off selective suspend all together. Does anyone know how to adjust these settings through registry or other? Please note that the Power Management tab does not show up on either the USB or Keyboard information in device manager.
