I don't use, nor have I ever touched a Tilt. But, if I did, I would go to a ATT store and get a charger there....

Any Mini usb charger will work as long as it outputs 5 volts, .5 to 1 amp.

I'm a big fan of the Zune AC Adapter as it is pretty compact, the prongs fold flat to make it even smaller, and it is just a 1 amp USB socket so I can charget anything that works with USB.
