Can any one suggest me a good charger for my Lumia 640. My Microsoft charger is not working now and what I want is a ac adapter with USB cable which I can't Get through Microsoft charger. So please suggest me a good charger which fits for Lumia 640

Most any charger will work. (just make sure its not low quality, and by low quality I mean $5 from the sketchy bargain bin.)

It just needs to meet the following requirements:

5 V output
microUSB plug
Amp output can vary but shoot for 1 A (1000 mA) or greater

Many phones use microUSB, from the Nexus 5 to the Lumia 920 to the Galaxy S4 to many other devices.

If out put amp excessed 1 means it will be a problem for mobile I guess isn't it?

No it won't. The higher the A the better. The phone will take what it can and no more. It can be 500 mA (probably slow), 1 A or 2.1 A, doesn't matter.

FWIW, I'm pretty impressed with Aukey Adaptive chargers. They are smart and charge devices with what they need over a broad range of requirements. I got my wife one and now I'm jelly after putting it to the test on several devices with apps to measure the charge.
