I too have tap and send off this is nuts we have to turn off everything on the phone my 820 the battery lasted for days

Sat idle all night everything is turned off all background apps blocked pop 3 sync set to manual

So you didn't delete your email as I said in a previous post plus what setting have you got on the phone, it really really would be helpful to know.

Can you read my post above (55) please, there is only so much help someone can give with limited information.

This has been said before on other threads and if it was mentioned here I apologize for missing it. Here drive is a power hog! I got my 925 a week ago so I have limited experience. Having said that here is my past week.

Got the phone and charged it. Ran an update, transferred apps texts contacts ect. Charged it again went to bed and about 12 hr later less than 1% per hr used. I was ecstatic to say the least. Next few days more apps fooling with camera apps weather apps ect. All of a sudden battery life dropped off a cliff.

Last night I deleted a weather app and went into Here Drive where I found my location services were on. This is separate from location services under settings. I checked my 521 to see how some things were set up as that phone had great battery life. I left the 925 location services on for all the apps but I turned the location off inside Here Drive. Open Here Drive go to settings location and turn off. If you want to use Here Drive it will immediately tell you location is turned off. So turn on for Here Drive and turn off when you are through. This fixed my problem. I hope it helps you.

When the Here location was left on the phone wouldn't even charge properly. I would pull it off the wired charger and it would have 83% 91% 87% never 100%. This problem is now fixed. I can not emphisize this enough. When you turn off Here Drive it is still on following all of your movements until you kill location inside Drive and this takes a lot of power. There are many threads on not being able to charge fast enough while driving to use it.

I am at 24 percent in 16 hours drive is blocked and I put on my wireless charging back and it will not work I know it is not the charger because it is charging my 820 I think this phone is going to the great beyond I have a 1020 being delivered today I hope it is better
