Charging fault

From today my Lumia 535 build .318 takes 4 hours for 30% charging. And without using phone battery reduce 40% in 15 minutes . And while charging phone become extremely hot can't touch. Please help me

Hi, I'm not sure what troubleshooting you have tried, but I would do a soft reset (hold volume down + power button for about 10 secs, phone should go blank, vibrate and then restart).
See if this improves the battery charging.

I do this(volume down key and power button press together) but doesn't work. Battery drains with great speed.

Do you mean it didn't fix the issue or it didn't restart the phone?

Restart my phone. but the problem doesn't fix.

4 hours earlier I charge my phone 80% now 6% remain.

Other things to check,

Are there any updates downloading or stuck in the store?
Are any email accounts stuck on trying to sync?
Check 'battery use' to see what is using the most battery and you can disable apps from running in the background.

I hang up about 14 update app but I do not download the updates now. But I think this is not the reason for my main problem.

What does 'battery use' show? Can't you complete the app updates? Just to rule it out.

When I plug the charger pin and charge my phone it says"plugged in,not charging". And after sometime my phone become hot.

Is there another charger you can try?

I tried many charger but in setting - battery saver option, there says plugged in not charging.

Possibly an issue with the battery itself.
Are you able to remove and reseat the battery?

The problem is fixed. The problem is not in the software, hardware, charger. The problem is in the SD card. There are many unsupported app store in my SD card. There are many app which requires update. I remove SD card. Then charge my phone. And then update the apps . The problem is solve. There are many app virus that affect battery. Thank you.
