Charging Issue?

I recently started using my Focus again; got it out, plugged it in and charged it up the other day. I brought that same charger into work today and have had my phone plugged in and it is saying 23% (was at 27% when I noticed)...the problem is, the phone is plugged in, and the charging battery symbol is working. I can't see this being a dead battery since it was working fine the other day. Any ideas?

OK, nevermind! I had the chord plugged into my computer to charge it and that wasn't working. As soon as I plugged it into an outlet it started working fine! This whole post can be deleted if necessary. Thanks.
