Charging sound

When I put my phone to charging the charging has on tone is not coming why is this a common problem after the latest OS update of 8.1 preview for developers help please

I have noticed that when I have Quiet Hours on that there is no sound. Idk if this might be the problem.

isn't that how it supposed to be in QUIET hours.
I never used it so I don't know..but
