Chat not connecting

What kind of chat service are you using: Skype, WhatsApp, or something else?

Windows Phone Lumia 820.
Integrated chat service

There are issues surrounding notifications right now. Could be server side issue. There are threads talking about third party notification delay/lack.

Apparently was on WiFi connections, on data connection works....

I've been having issues most of today, but it has worked the last hours again.
