Is HSN.com the cheapest option for $119.99.
Comes with a case aswell.

Ebay has some for $110 new and used $85.
Any other sites that are cheaper?
Seems odd that the ATT 520 is $99.99?

It's $129.88 at Walmart.com right now, so it looks like you might've found the cheapest price.

If MetroPCS has moved into your area, you can get a MetroPCS 521 for $99. MetroPCS is slowly moving into all the current T-Mobile markets with GSM phones. If the phone is locked like the T-Mobile phones, then it should work on T-Mobile. As for MetroPCS, they do not have the $30 plan, their other plans appear identical to the T-Mobile $50/60/70 plans but cost $10 less a month (so $40/50/60).

Got mine through HSN for $86 shipped a few weeks ago. Came with the SIM as well.

HSN seems like the better deal overall.
For $120 with case is hard beat atm.
