That seems to be the case with them. I'm pretty sure they know it's a grounding issue but there's no solution to it so far. Something is straaange with this thing..

Confirmed! I have this as well, when i take off the cover it recognises all points but with it on barely 3! I'm hoping this is firmware patchable but it would seem highly unlikely! Anyhow doesn't really affect day to day usage!

*EDIT* When you lay it on a table without the cover you get the problem but with it in the air i managed to get 10 touch points nicely!

I had a different issue. Scrambled/flashing screen. That got fixed when I updated.

updated via nokia suite. before updating, two finger was really spotty, but after the update, ten point works just fine.

Great to hear the update fix the problem, I'll wait for the OTA cuz I still have no idea how to backup my application data before the factory reset.
