Chess by post problems...

is anyone else experiencing problems with chess by post?? i keep getting a network error for some reason when i open the app.

Just downloaded it to try for you rstall, created a new ranked game and it worked fine, loaded the player and they made their move, never got any network error.

This was with the free version.

Seems to be OK with me, perhaps it's a temporary carrier problem you have maybe ?

It happens with Words by Post too. Email the dev. He said his servers are getting a little hammered due to the popularity of the apps.

I din't think the WP7 wi-fi sleep policy helps any. You can easily wake your device and launch the app before the OS reconnects to wi-fi.

They were having problems, but everything seems to be ok now.
