I think that this is good for the very few who like to live on the bleeding edge and make the most of their Windows Phone - sure you may as well move to Android if you want customisability but if people like the OS but just want a few extra features why not? Besides, these kind of people are usually such a minority, and most of them would have to know what they are doing anyways so it wouldn't hurt user experience
