I own lumia 1520 with windows phone 8.1
Have been trying to get chinese input keyboard, at my keyboard setting, the "Chinese Traditional Changjie" has successfully downloaded and installed. However whenever I tried to switch input method while typing, the chinese keyboard won't show up. A couple seconds later, the keyboard minimized and disabled until I exit and re-enter the input area.
Anybody got the same issue?

PS the issue continues on the latest update of window phone 8.1
