Choose your insider level Disabled?

Hi there!

I'm on slow ring insider and on build 1003..

I've got the Lumia 950 XL and the battery is draining... heard about a fix to that on 1004 which is on fast ring...

My problem is that the switch is disabled? Why? :O

Can't change to fast ring for the bug fix update...

Got the same problem on my Lumia 735 stuck at .1003 battery sucks was on fast ring now disabled can't change or update

Hard reset?

Updated to Redstone .1004 last night and have same issue of ring choice being disabled. Hard reset didn't change it.

I see 2 options use the windows device reset tool back to windows 8.1 or wait for a software update for everyone
