Choppy Video Playback in Edge

When I watch YouTube videos in Edge they play alright, but when I make them full-screen the frame rate drops noticeably. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not as smooth as with Firefox or Chrome, which work properly. What can I do about this? Is there something obvious I'm missing? I'm running a bone-stock version of Windows 10 on my SP4 with a Core i5 and eight gigs of ram.

Thanks!

OK, I did some searching on other websites and it appears as though I had the box "Use Software Instead of GPU Rendering" checked under the "Advanced tab of "Internet Options." Unchecking this appears to have corrected the issue.

I have that off but have experienced some playback issues in the past. Considering it's an i7 that shouldn't happen either way.

But lately playback has been fine.
