Choppy video recovery

I recorded a short (very important) video but the video came out "skipping and stuttering". The video frames show lip movements but the audio seems to be scrambled. Is there a way to recover it? I tried transferring the video to my laptop and but the problem still persists.
Any help would be much appreciated, the video is extremely important. Thanks

Welcome to WPCentral! If the problem persists on your laptop still its definitely a problem with the recording from the phone. You could try recording another clip and if it happens again do a soft reset (hold the volume down + power button together for 10-15 seconds or until you feel a vibration) and make sure you have plenty of space on your phone for the video.
