CID on Lumia 820

I have Lumia 820 with windows phone 8 and i have problems with it's CID. if my contact is saved with country code (f.e. +371 22222222) it will not be recognized, because phone shows number as 22222222 calling, but in sms number will be recognized as contact, and on the other side, if i save contact without code, phone will recognize it when it calls me, but will not recognize in sms
