Client Certificate needs to check CRL file on a Windows 2008 R2 server.

The user has a client certificate loaded in their IE browser. I have been provided a Certificate Revocation List (CRL) from a customer. I need to put the file on the server and reference that file when the user tries to access a URL. How do I setup IIS to check the CRL file.
