Clients say my software doesn't work on Redfly

Ive had a few customers saying our software breaks when used with the redfly. I can definitely see the appeal of the device with our application and why they would want to use it so I am willing to support it if I can figure this out

I have checked the form controlls to make sure they resize but it does not seem to help, is there anything else I should be looking out for?

Also, is there a way to emulate whatever it is that redfly does to the display so I can test this on my end?
