Clippy should be an emoji in Windows 10

I've made some Microsoft styled emojis for Dan, Jez and Zac mainly for the Mixer chat but I also made a Clippy one. I now can't help think that Clippy should be an emoji in Windows 10 just like Ninja Cat is. Clippy could even be the paperclip emoji in Windows.

I have submitted feedback to Microsoft saying as much as you can upvote it here.
