"Clone, Flash, Image" everything from old HTC One M8 to new

So... I have (2) HTC One M8 WPs. One runs WP10 the other is 8.1. The WP10 was my carry piece for a while, but it started falling apart. I tried to fix it, busted the screen in the process, took it to a repair store (they kinda fixed it but failed to do it right), they bought me a used (refurbished) one to replace the old. Now the replacement is on WP8, I really want it on WP10. Both phones "work". Is there any way to create a duplicate of everything (including OS) from the old One to the new One?

A duplicate of EVERYTHING? The only practical way would be to transplant the chips inside to the other. Or you can spend a while setting everything as you please.
