Interesting. I especially find it amazing that the Time Warner CEO says there is virtually zero overlap between the 2 companies, as "We don’t compete. We’re not in the same markets. We’re not in any of the same zip codes with Time Warner."
If that is true, then this makes Comcast a national player on equal footing with sattelite companies. As cable TV is no longer the only option, I do not see this as an anti-trust issue, as Dish network and Direct TV will still be competing with them as well as regional companies.
