Coming back to WP need some help

To cut a long story short i had windows phones from since the release of WP7 up until recently and i decided to jump ship after 5 years and try a Android again so now i have got a Samsung Galaxy S6 and its a nice enough phone but Android is still not for me.

I am thinking of 2 options either i sell my S6 and get a 640xl i like the idea of having a bigger screen again and bigger battery and its getting W10

Or i can use my old Lumia 735 and save the money until the 950 and 950xl get released but i am not sure when they will be for sale here in the UK and for how much.

To be fair i am not overly fussed with screen resolution or processors etc as long as its good enough i don't need over kill.

My top wants/needs for a phone are

4G
Good Camera
Good Battery Life
Build Quality

The only thing putting me off of the 640xl is only 8gb internal for apps is quite low

anyway what would you do ?

Keep the 735 and wait for 950,850 or simillar. Save the money. There isn't much to 640xl over the 735
