I went to my settings,then to sounds and notifications click on that and then to other sounds scroll down to emergency tones click on that hit silent. It won't make the message from coming up but it will stop the annoying sound and not keep you up. Hope that was helpful, dealt with my mobile carrier and it wasn't helpful
