Company and contact name

i've had a windows phone (920 or 1520) for over a year now after switching from iphones. in ios, you can add a contact and contact person for a company by entering the company name and all other info other than a contact person at that company, saving it, then opening the contact and entering the contact person's name, and saving the contact again. this would list the contact by the company's name and also show you the contact person's name in smaller print. i've yet to find a way to do this in windows phone 8. if you add the person's name and the company name in any order, the contact is always listed under the person's name.

an example would be to have a contact under a company name of Smith Vacuums with a contact person at the company named Josh Jones. no matter what i do, it's always listed as Josh Jones working at Smith Vacuums.

any help would be appreciated.

I believe this is not possible at the moment. You could create a contact group for this company with up to 25 persons, which can be accessible/pinnable seperately.
