Some of the highlights for me:
- 1800 mAh battery
- Expandable memory up to 64GB
- Dual-core 1.5GHz
- 1024mb RAM
- Wireless charging (Qi)

The only thing that bug's me is the resolution... Only 480x800.

But it stacks up nicely to the 8X and it's cheaper. Basically the L822 has a worse resolution but has expandable memory. AMOLED however should use less power so I would expect better battery life out of the 822.

Removable battery as well... big plus if you're a user who keeps their phone for a full 2 year contract.

Because of the aspect ratio of the 1280 x 720 on the 8x, the 822 actually has a wider screen. The screen on the 8x is only as wide as a 4 inch, 800 x 480 screen. It can be an advantage either way. Some prefer a slimmer phone.

Good point. I am not one of those people (I change phones way too often) but I can see where that's a plus for some people!

Yeah I saw the screen comparisons and it's definitely wider. Which is fine by me.
