computer wont boot up goes to automatic repair then fails to repair

When computer is turned on its goes to to preparing automatic repair screen then tries to boot then goes to Diagnosing your computer screen then goes to your PC did not start up correctly.

Looks like the restore points did not work.You will need to use your repair disk to reinstall the OS.
