Concept Multitasking button (or rearranged)

I was bored today so I create a concept multitasking / app-switching-thingy..

It connects 2 things:
the searching bar - Cortana - QR scan,
with the multitasking.

On the current build, multitasking / app switching eats up the whole screen (and the pull down notification)
While on the same time, If you want to search by text, the searching bar is located on the top of the screen,
making it almost impossible to reach it single handed.

Drawbacks:

Can't change search button on current phones with capacitive buttons.
I'm not a designer.
The great bing pictures on the search are sacrificed.
