Configuring Ncell Gprs Setting

NCELL- A Phone Company Of Nepal , Says me to manually configure my gprs setting and sends this message

APN=web
IP address/Proxy IP = 10.68.1.149
Port = 9201 (ForWap1)
Port = 8080 (For HTTP or WAP2)

1.Go To Menu-Web-Data account- GPRS-edit an account
Account Name : Ncell
APN : web
Authencation Type :Normal
Then Save

2. Go bck to Menu-Web-WAp-Settings-editprofile-new account

Rename Profile :NCELL GPRS
Homepage : wap.ncell.com.np
Data Account : Ncell
Connection Type : HTTP
Username :
Password :
Save And Activate Profile Cant Get This Please Help

I downloaded that in My Pc Then i copied it to SD Card of My Windows Phone , But I cant find SD card in my windows phone tho it exists
