confused on messenger apps

What should I be using to talk to people on Yahoo Instant Messenger? Seems there's no specific YIM app for WP8, so I'm using the Nokia Chat Beta, which works ok. However, it doesn't offer the option of sending photos, (as far as I can tell). Is there one that allows YIM chat and the ability to send photos?
