I have just upgraded to Windows 10. When I open network & internet, VPN is highlighted in blue. When I go to click on Wifi, it stays grey and doesn't move forward. I have checked device manager, and all devices are working properly. How do I fix this issue?

Quite likely you need new drivers. And an uninstall of the old drivers first.
Check the OEM Support site for your device and/or the hardware component. Download new drivers if they can be found... Open Device Manager and expand the component category.
