Connected to private Wifi but thinks it's a public network.

I have two firewalls and would like to have one activated when I connect to a public network, and another activated when I'm connected to a private network. I was in college for awhile which has public Wifi. Everything was working fine. Now I'm back home for break and connected to my private Wifi. But my SP3 running W10TP says I'm still connected to the public network at my school and thus doesn't switch firewalls like it should. Anyone have any idea as to what's going on here?
