First you'll need a bluetooth car kit that supports A2DP.

I'm not sure if there's any setting required on the phone itself - I'm still waiting for mine to arrive.

Sorry for bumping an old thread. But I have a question on the subject. I have a 2010 Audi Q5 and it has an iphone/ipod cord in the glove compartment. which was fine when i had my iphone 4. but with my WP7 HTC Surround, the connectors are different. the cars bluetooth syncs my phone no problem but I cant listen to music from my phone. The Q5 has HD space to upload music to, but without it being connected to the car I cant do anything. Any ideas?
