Connectivity Issues

I just recently purchased a Lumia 920 and have been completely satisfied with it. However just recently it has been having problems connecting to my home WiFi. Every time I wake it up out of standby mode it reconnects because it stopped connecting. It happens everytime I lock and unlock my Lumia. This is, I believe, having a negative effect on my battery and is there a fix or something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Select to keep WiFi on.
