Constant stucking

Hello,i am using nokia lumia 520 but it stucks too often and dont allow soft reset so every time it get stuck i have to remove battery.Will that damage my phone?

haha, no I just saw "despina" and that's a Greek name. Well, check in options the apps that run in the background, and close what you don't need. I think this,will help a bit

well i dont have apps that run in the background my phone stuck in IE and other applications.Do you think i have damaged the phone with removing the battery while it runs i have done it more than 7 times
